Our Return Policy
We want you to love every SHEFFWRLD piece. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
How to Return
To start a return, email us at support@sheffwrldfitness.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 2 business days with next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's done.
Exchanges
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new one.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned: sale items marked as final sale, and any items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
Faulty Items
If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@sheffwrldfitness.store and we'll make it right.
