Refund policy
We want you to love your SHEFFWRLD FITNESS order. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition with tags attached
- In original packaging where possible
HOW TO RETURN
Email us at support@sheffwrldfitness.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 working days.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
EXCHANGES
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we'll resolve it at no extra cost to you.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or washed.
